I one of the things that I see that, you know, men and a lot of women who have not yet come to that stage, you know, it's important for me to share it with them that becoming a mother really opens up your heart to understanding people more, especially now that I have more than one child. It's a community that I have in the house, you know, and each one of them is different. They have their own personalities, they have their own choices and they have their own ways and approach to different things. So it I knew it theoretically, I was trying to practice it in my life earlier as well. But now that it is there in my house, it just comes more naturally to me to understand people more. And you know how what kind of approach should be cut out to get the best out of this person? Because in a team, A-Team is as good as captain, right? So if the captain is able to nurture the talent in the team and get the best out of that person, you all perform well. So yes, it has definitely helped me.
